Veronica Eicken is a Sonoma County private chef and culinary educator with more than 17 years of private-chef experience. Her background spans a wide range of culinary environments, including restaurants, hotels, casinos, and catering, before transitioning to run her own personal-chef and small-catering business. Following a 17-year tenure as a dedicated private chef, her work encompasses culinary consulting, private events, recipe development, and creating instructional content for fellow professionals.
